Thanks for the comment. Mine bloomed 2 flowers after the first year. They sure are gorgeous. I’m waiting for this summer to see more blooms.

This is called “Dutchman’s Pipe” and is a type of ‘orchid cactus’. I’d seen them in the warm months here in WNC of porches & always wanted one but was to afraid to ask owners, so I googled different kinds of flowering plants til I found a photo of one & located anursery that would ship them. It’s suppose to take up to 4 or more years to bloom…..I’m waiting.

Beautiful! Sky, clouds, and hummingbirds.
Our hummers will head south soon, they are only summer months here in New England. We will miss them, but they come back in early May.
